The Leadership Advancement Bonus†† (LAB) is a one time bonus paid each time an Executive advances to the next Pin Title, beginning with Gold Executives.

The Maintenance Leadership Advancement Bonus†† (MLAB) is a one time bonus paid after the new Pin Title has been held for 6 consecutive months. Here's what you and your Distributors can expect to earn for each pin title advancement.

Example: If an Executive becomes a Gold Executive in September, a bonus of US$500 (LAB) is paid when the new Gold maintains the Gold title and does not use a grace month during September or October. An additional US$500 (MLAB) is paid when the new Gold maintains the Gold title and does not use a grace month, for six months, from September through February.
