| Example: If an Executive becomes a Gold Executive in September, a bonus of US$500 (LAB) is paid when the new Gold maintains the Gold title and does not use a grace month during September or October. An additional US$500 (MLAB) is paid when the new Gold maintains the Gold title and does not use a grace month, for six months, from September through February.
