Leadership Advancement Bonus Details<< back >>

  1. Russia will launch with the new LAB rules in April 2006 (first payment in May).

  2. All remaining markets (US, Canada, Europe, Israel) will launch the new LAB rules beginning in the June 2006 volume period (paid in July).

  3. The LAB will be paid after an account has held a new pin title (or higher) for 2 consecutive months without taking a grace month.

  4. The MLAB (Maintenance LAB) will be paid after an account has held a new pin title (or higher) for 6 consecutive months without taking a grace month.

  5. There will be no grandfathering; accounts that have qualified at some level under the old rules will be paid under the new rules once they attain the next pin and/or the 6-month retention mark. The launch of the new LAB represents a clean cut from the old to the new business rules across the board.

  6. Affinity Organizations are not eligible to count as a frontline Executive for Leadership Advancement Bonuses.

  7. The payment will be made in the third month. (For example: If my "paid as" title advances to Lapis in December and I maintain Lapis title for January, the Executive will be mailed the LAB check approximately the 25th of February.) Pin Title advancement is determined by the number of first level breakaway Executives that an account has for a given commission period.

  8. Requalifying, Repromoted and Roll-up Executives will not count toward their upline Executive's qualification for the bonus.

  9. Qualification is based on your paid as Pin Title for July, 2001. This is your title beginning August 1, 2001 (August, 2004 for Europe). As of August 1, only newly qualified Executives will count toward the LAB.

  10. Subsequent product returns by the Executive or their downline that affect the Pin Title status will also affect the LAB and may require that the LAB payment be refunded to the Company or recouped from future bonus payments.

  11. Retail sales receipts may be required of all recipients of LAB and qualifying downline Executives.

  12. The LAB is cumulative. This means that progression through multiple levels in a single period will accumulate and be paid after maintaining the new Pin Title for at least two consecutive months.

  13. Executives must be active with 100 PSV and meet other sales compensation plan requirements to receive this bonus.

  14. Blue Diamond Business Builder accounts cannot participate in this program.

  15. New, repromoted, and requalified Executives after August 1, 2001 (August 2004 for Europe) will be added to the LAB list and can qualify to receive the LAB if they advance beyond their Pin Title at the time of requalification or repromotion.

  16. Executives will only be paid for Pin Title advancement above and beyond their Pin Title as of August 1, 2001 (August 2004 for Europe) (or their highest previous Pin Title at the time of repromotion, requalification, or new Executiveship).

  17. An Executive may not use an Executive Grace Month and still be eligible for the Leadership Advancement Bonus. The Executive must achieve a minimum of 100 PSV and 2,000 GSV each month while qualifying for a Leadership Advancement Bonus.   18. As the Executive qualifying to receive the Leadership Advancement Bonus your frontline Executives can use their Executive Grace Month that is available once per calendar year. However, only one Executive Grace Month may be used by a new executive per Leadership Advancement Bonus. (i.e. A new Executive may not use a Grace Month for December and the next month January in order for the upline be eligible for the Leadership Advancement Bonus.)

  19. When attempting to earn a Leadership Advancement Bonus, an upline Executive may not count first level Distributors who have qualified as Executives as a result of an exception to the normal qualification process.

  20. An Executive is only eligible to earn the Leadership Advancement Bonus the first time they achieve a new pin title. If an Executive fails to meet the requirements for the bonus and subsequently falls to a lower pin title, they cannot earn the bonus if they again qualify for that same title.
