The Americas and Europe Mega Performance Pool (Mega Pool) incorporates 1.75% of monthly commissionable volume from the United States, Canada, Europe, Russia, Israel, Australia and New Zealand. *
Executives need a minimum of six shares to participate in the pool; Qualifying Executives need a minimum of four shares, with no cap in total share accumulation.
Mega Pool Shares can be accumulated in the following manner:
- 1 share for every 5 new, personally sponsored Distributors or Privileged Member Customer who enroll with a $100 ADR/ADP order. (New Actives)**
- 1 share for each new qualified Letter of Intent
- 1 share for each passed Q1 Qualifying Executive (Executives Only)
- 1 share for each passed Q2 Qualifying Executive (Executives Only)
The Mega Bonus Pool provides the following benefits:
- LOIs-Q2 in any participating market can be counted as a share.
- 5 new actives** with an ADR/ADP can be a combination from the participating markets.
- Simplified business building across the whole region.
- Simplified business for both Qualifying Executives and Executives, alike
- Attention-grabbing story- 1.75% of the largest geographical region of Nu Skin Enterprises

- 1.75% of US, Canada, Europe, Israel, Russia, Australia and New Zealand combined commissioned volume.
- Qexecs are eligible to participate with a minimum of 4 shares. The Qexec must also be active and have a personal ADP.
- Qexecs can earn shares based on the following qualifiers:
- 1 share for each passed LOI
- 1 share for every 5 new actives with an ADP (in the same month in which they count as a new active to their sponsor)
- A Qexec cannot count another Qexec as a share in the pool.
- A Qexec cannot count an LOI beneath another Qexec as a share in the pool.
- Current unencumbered rules will still apply when determining LOI shares (i.e. we only count LOIs as shares if they have 1000 GV that is not encumbered by other downline LOIs in order to prevent allocation of shares due to stacked LOIs that use the same GV to qualify).
- An LOI can be counted as a share by both an upline Qexec and an upline Exec.
- LOIs from any participating market can count as shares to a qualified Qexec or Exec from participating markets.
- New actives from any participating market can count toward the corresponding share determination.
- Qexecs will not be eligible to participate in the pool during a grace month.
- Executives are eligible to participate with a minimum of 6 shares. The Executive must also be active and have a personal ADP.
- Poland will ramp up over a period of several months to a minimum of 6 shares to participate (May through July will require 2 shares, August through September will require 4 shares, and October onward will require 6 shares to participate).
- Executives will not be eligible to participate in the pool during a grace month.
- Executives can earn shares based on the following qualifiers:
- 1 share for each passed LOI
- 1 share for every 5 new actives** with an ADP (in the same month in which they count as a new active to their sponsor)
- 1 share for each passed Q1
- 1 share for each passed Q2
